- any trivialization or relativization of such acts.
2. Age Verification & Moderation
All users must confirm their minimum age during registration. Suspected cases of false age information, inappropriate behavior, or potential risks are immediately reviewed by our moderation team. In the presence of concrete indications, we reserve the right to suspend user accounts without prior notice and to report the matter to the responsible authorities.
3. Cooperation with Authorities
Heartwalker fully cooperates with law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations. If we become aware of indications of criminal behavior or endangerment, we forward this information immediately.
4. Reporting System for Users
We provide a simple and
anonymous reporting system that allows suspicious or boundary-violating behavior to be reported immediately. Every report is taken seriously and carefully reviewed. No one has to remain silent.
5. Values & Responsibility
Our platform is intended for adults who wish to engage in relationships with respect, mindfulness, and awareness. We explicitly distance ourselves from any form of pedophilia, sexual violence, and abuse of power. Anyone who does not share these fundamental values has no place on Heartwalker.
